Dispatch Time

At Chasm Cards we offer a simple range of delivery options that will suit your needs. We endeavour to dispatch in stock items using Economy, Standard and Recorded Delivery services on the next day of purchasing an item. This is subject to change during busy periods. In some case we may upgrade your delivery depending on the order.

If a product is out of stock, you will be informed and we will send the item once back in stock, using a faster shipping option at no charge to you. If the product is discontinued you will be informed and issued a refund promptly.

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, we do not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by damaged or faulty goods or delayed, lost or misrouted orders.

Domestic Services

We offer a range of standard, economy and expedited options within the UK. The following is a breakdown of the services we offer:​

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Second Class) - Economy Tracked Delivery. Order would be expected to arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (First Class) - Standard Tracked Delivery. Order would be expected to arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch.

We use tracked orders so you can keep up to date and trace any of your purchased products.

Free Shipping

​

We offer free shipping on orders over £85 within the UK.

Europe & Rest of the World

​

We do not currently offer European or Worldwide shipping, however we will be working on this for the future.
