RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

​

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product for an exchange or a full refund to the original payment method.

​

Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.

​

Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the date on the receipt.

​

If 14 days or 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Please note the following stipulations and exceptions to our return policy:

Full Refund (if applicable) - A full refund for the product at the value sold.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.

  • If a new item is faulty or is not as described a refund will be given.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging and must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Unwanted items that have signs of use or opening can not be returned.

  • A receipt of purchases is needed to complete any refunds.

  • Discounted/sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

​

All products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase providing you have your order receipt email and they are still in the same condition. Return postage must be paid for by the customer and our P&P charges will not be refunded.

​

Refunds will be given for any items returned to us in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of any opened items in any circumstance.

Damaged items can be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase. Once received we will endeavour to replace the damaged item like for like. Failing that a full refund will be given.

Any return postage costs must be paid by the customer for unwanted items. Items returned due to damage will be covered.

Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.

Any faults within product including but not limited to, error cards, missing cards ect are not liable for return to us. This must be sorted with the manufacturer, we will however provide all the assistance we can.

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, we do not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by damaged or faulty goods or delayed, lost or misrouted orders.

Damages and issues 

​

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns Procedure

​

To start a return, please contact us from our contact us page or send direct to info@chasmcards.co.uk if you need to arrange a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Once agreed please return the item to the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit be applied to your original method of payment. This should show up on your card statement within 7-14 days.

Cancelation / Amendments Policy

​

Customers have the right to cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched. If you want to cancel or amend an order before dispatch, that is not a problem, simply let us know and we will be happy to cancel/amend the order. If your items have been dispatched then you may simply return your item in accordance to our Returns Policy. 

​

If the customer wishes to amend or cancel an order after dispatch the customer will be liable for the costs incurred. The customer must pay for the returns postage after the item has been dispatched from our side.

  • list of items you wish to return

  • Reason for request

  • Images of the item (where damage has occurred)

The customer will need to pay the postage cost for the return.

We will aim to review your return/ exchange request within 5 working days.
